An impeachable offense is anything 50%+1 of the House of Representatives is willing to vote for. A removable offense is anything 2/3 of the Senate is willing to vote for. It's a political action. There is no legal standard.

Oh they are going to impeach Biden as soon as they can. They have already said they will.

Biden would never ignore a court ruling. I am surprised SCOTUS has not already rule Biden is not president and he must vacate the office immediately.

Biden would leave and all the other moderate democrats would support the ruling. They are living in the 1970’s.

Biden doesn't need to ignore anything. His ruling doesn't require to the FDA to do anything or not do anything. It purports to "stay" the FDA's approval of Mifepristone, so it will essentially be an unapproved drug. But that doesn't mean the FDA has to do anything to those that continue to sell it or prescribe it. By contrast, the WA ruling orders FDA not to do anything that would alter the status quo so it basically prohibits FDA from taking any enforcement action. If the 5th Circuit and SCOTUS don't weigh in, FDA will just announce that they won't take enforcement action against anyone, which is in compliance with both orders.
