[/quote] Biden doesn't need to ignore anything. His ruling doesn't require to the FDA to do anything or not do anything. It purports to "stay" the FDA's approval of Mifepristone, so it will essentially be an unapproved drug. But that doesn't mean the FDA has to do anything to those that continue to sell it or prescribe it. By contrast, the WA ruling orders FDA not to do anything that would alter the status quo so it basically prohibits FDA from taking any enforcement action. If the 5th Circuit and SCOTUS don't weigh in, FDA will just announce that they won't take enforcement action against anyone, which is in compliance with both orders.[/quote]
