Agreed about Duke. ND is pretty much a football school with a big endowment. |
Berkeley is a close second and doing it with less money and less support and other disadvantages. Berkeley might even have more graduate programs in the top ten across all academic areas than Harvard already given how weak Harvard is in engineering and CS. |
Lmao. Barnard is widely viewed as a backdoor into Columbia. |
Only on dcum |
Can a college that only educates women really even be compared to a co-ed institution of comparable quality? |
No... in real life, sadly. |
These real life people sound insufferable. |
Only at the graduate level. Not for undergrad. |
Berkeley offers better and more realistic environment with much more diverse groups of people (including more poor people) than Harvard for undergrads. |
A school with an 8% acceptance rate is not a backdoor |

Top 25 uni
Top 5 LACs Williams/Amherst is about equal to Emory. Wellesley to UVA. That's it. Bowdoin is not high enough doesn't have cashe in any particular field. |
lol Berkeley is one of the "six global superbrands" |
Only because it's public. |
I know lots of both. They're both pretty equal. And you'll know where they went to college within the first 2 min of meeting them. That's for sure. True of both alumni of these schools. |
