+1 I'm so sick of people who vote sraight party tickets. |
Yeah. Progressives backed her strongly in 2018. She spent 6 years ignoring them, not out of principle but to build her own profile and power. She could have chosen to behave like a moderate Democrat and maintain strong relationships with progressives. For an example, she needed to look no further than Mark Kelly, for god’s sake. But she chose not to. |
They won’t. They’ve already made that clear. |
She has not confirmed that. |
Women would not run as Democrat, tank progessive bills which are popular in AZ and in the country and then declare yourself independent when her popularity i the state tanks. A woman of integrity would resign and run as a independent in 2024. |
Yes, she basically has confirmed it. And Schumer has confirmed that she will keep her committee assignments, and the White House has affirmed that they will continue to work with her. |
Yup, she grew and became dishonest corporate shill. |
So, all this is kind of a nothing burger. |
I'm sick of people who don't realize that the most important votes that congressmen cast is for speaker. |
+1 People voted for her with a D by her name. |
I don't even see the disaffected non-MAGA republicans voting for her. She's basically adopted the most unpopular positions from each party. She's all in on the left wing social stuff that republicans and independents hate, and also all in on the plutocratic low tax/ kill the safety net agenda that democrats and independents hate. She would finish a very distant third place in a three-way race. |
She's proof that fiscally conservative/socially liberal isn't as popular as people think |
| Come January, Biden needs to offer her a plum job in the administration and let Hobbs pick a replacement. |
Aren’t all the sometimes pink- haired bisexuals Republican?
|
Pink-haired atheist bisexual... |
