Just make sure she knows that having an excellent GPA is crucial to getting into law school and there are no do overs. If you fail a semester, those grades will forever be counted in your GPA for your law school applications. You can't hide them by switching schools or letting time pass. They will follow you.

Do community college and work part time for two years and re-evaluate. Anyone can get a BA or BS and you need that for most professional careers. Look into something like ASU online.

I know someone who went from SAHM to this and is making a lot of money.
