Those two weren’t a couple in that movie…do you mean Kyra Sedgwick?

Wow pp, that was amazing! I had not seen that and I was a sometime watcher of Ally McBeal. Some reactions:
-This has renewed the crush I've had on Sting since I was 14 years old
-Calista Flockhart was pre-teen girl size
-She seems to have invented the duck lip face
-Forgot Portia DeRossi was in that show (Ellen's wife)

And then at the end when they say goodbye and then Van Morrison’s “I’ll Be Your Lover, Too”plays while you see the emotions play out across Russell Crowe’s face. Amazing performance. I guess the fact that they were having an affair didn’t hurt the on screen chemistry.

One of the most romantic songs ever.

At the end of The Pacific, when Snafu leaves Eugene sleeping on the train and walks off into the New Orleans night.

Sleepless in Seattle:! “ It was a million tiny little things that, when you added them all up, they meant we were supposed to be together, and I knew it. I knew it the first time I touched her. It was like coming home, only to no home I’d ever known. I was just taking her hand to help her out of a car and I knew it. It was like magic.”

Duh I know that. What makes it romantic is that they clearly are attractive to one another but agree to be friends.

The daffodil scene in Big Fish.

The library scene in Atonement

The last scene of A Room With a View where Helena Bonham Carte is looking out over Florence.

The stockings scene in Poldark

The ending scene of Ladyhawke when Rutger Hauer says to Michelle Pfeiffer, “You cut your hair.” They are so joyous to be together and free again. Tremendously romantic to my young self.

I bawled at the end of the notebook for the first many times I saw it.

Am currently watching smallville and Clark and Lana get me every time.

Pacey and Joey on Dawson’s creek, particularly the scene at their junior prom when he remembers the bracelet she’s wearing.

Gossip girl (the original) where Blair and Chuck first hook up in the back of the limo.

Dirty dancing, where they kiss for the first time.

My best friends wedding, where they sing “the moment I wake up”

I stupidly loved the kissing booth movies on Netflix.

The moment in cruel intentions where Ryan Phillipe is waiting for Reese Witherspoon at the top of the escalator in Penn station and she says “well im impressed” and he says “well, im in love.”

Titanic, the scene where they’re “flying”

The OC, when Seth and summer have the Spider-Man kiss. The Tobey McGuire Spider-Man movie with the actual Spider-Man kiss.

The movie something borrowed, and more so, the book.

And of course all the classic chick flicks… someone like you with Ashley Judd and high Hackman was one of my favorites. When Harry met sally, you’ve got mail, she’s all that, drive me crazy, 27 dresses, and so on.

I really love romantic movies.
