Agreed, they do. But I'm really stuck on the Captain Von Trapp's name is Georg??? I love this movie, have seen it many time, and had not idea!

Yes but it’s pronounced “GAY-org” (it’s Austrian)

When Harry Met Sally—
“Because when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with someone…you want the rest of your life to start—as soon as possible!”

“You see?! You say things like that and it makes it impossible for me to hate you! And I really hate you, Harry!”

Pride and Prejudice with Jennifer Ehle and Colin Firth.

Emma with Kate Beckinsale and Mark Strong.

Ok, but be specific. The best scene is when he gives her his best sexy eyes when she’s at the piano with his sister, and she gives them right back.

NP. I came here to post this. But it’s not when they exchange glances, it’s when she begins singing and he looks like this:

NP. I read an interview with Firth where he described the looks he gave Elizabeth. He said his acting friends told him the reviewers and audience would hate him for overacting. But I too am glad he went with it! My favorite scenes, though, are during the dance where initially he's rude about dancing and Elizabeth and then falls with her as they're doing the dance figures.

In the same genre, the War and Peace ballroom scene in the recent BBC adaptation.
