Twitter is like a "purple" state - a "battleground state", because despite banning some higher profile and prolific RW Twitter personalities and pushing certain narratives, there is still plenty of RW propaganda allowed and Twitter isn't just all leftist propaganda either. It's what makes it dangerous if the goal is to split people into their echo chambers and stop them from thinking critically and listening to both sides.
