Well now your broke it DCUM. Listing is gone, replaced by the previous listing which has in the description: The home also includes a finished basement, a back deck and an additional room in the once unfinished garage.
At some point the house had a garage and curb cut. I am sure the Developer will try to get that listing pulled down too now. |

The garage was converted into a family room decades ago (probably 30-40 years ago) and the previous owner also got rid of the original curb cut. It was their choice to eliminate their garage, driveway, and curb cut. They chose not to have off street parking and sold their house to the developer without off street parking. |

In a neighborhood full of garages and curb cuts the city would have no problem letting them have the curb cut back again. The house at 6661 Barnaby was sold without a curb cut, no garage and no alley. They added a garage and curb cut (and a amazing renovation). But then the developer would have had to spend more money on digging out a garage which means a lot less profit. |

New listing is still up on Long & Foster. Not surprised it was flipped. Very charming house before but needed a lot of work. 3.3- wow. It’s a crazy market, I wonder if it will go for asking. |

| Guys, this isn’t a “flip.” This is a major renovation/basically rebuilt. The old house is gone. I don’t like the house but that’s just not what “flip” means. |
