It's not just the victim who won't disclose the identify of the shooter, also none of the witnesses will talk. There were dozens of students at Bradlee when it happened and it is pretty amazing that no one will come forward with an ID. So let that sink in, the victim is scared and so are all of the other kids who saw what happened. It's very sad all around.
