Do you make your husband shave his low back (and buttock) hair?

Or does he do without request? I don't mind body hair on a man but I find the hair in this area to be highly unattractive. Is it okay to ask my husband to groom this area? He doesn't have a hair all over his back, it's just the lower back and buttocks. He thinks it's no big deal. I don't think it's a big deal for him to shave it while in the shower once or twice a week.

Why do you need to be asked? It just seems like such an obvious grooming thing to do. And hygienic. Butt hair is so gross, I'm sorry. And lower back hair is an extension of the butt hair, basically.

Once it's shaved off once, a Gillette Fusion in the shower with a little soap should quickly glide over everything once or twice a week. It's not facial hair growing back by 5pm each day.

Same here. I only ask that he shave his face regularly because his stubble hurts my skin. I don't care if he hair anywhere else. I don't mind feeling it and if I get a pube in my mouth, I just spit it out.

Mine doesn’t have hair there but if he did and it bothered me, I’d just ask him to do it. You might have to offer to help though bc that’s a tough spot to reach on his own.

I don't think I've heard of a hetero man doing this. Maybe a swimmer or a bodybuilder type? Very few men shave their body hair.

Once you do your butt, don't you kind of have to do your legs too? It would look really weird to have a shaved butt and then hairy legs.

Truly it can’t be harder than shaving labia. But I don’t mind hair on men I just find the double standard and demand for women to be slick as dolphins to be insane.
