Do you suggest low sugar, intermittent fasting, keto, or vegan?
TIA |
Cutting off a leg, or perhaps a meaty arm is one route. |
I need to lose this weight by July 4th.

30-day juice fast. Look into Reboot with Joe. You will need a juicer -- and piles and piles of fresh produce. |
If you do this, then you'll likely gain 30 by Labor Day. Stop being so ashamed or some chubb and having other people see it. If you want to get healthy/fit, then do so, but safely and sustainably. |
meaty arm, lol! |
It depends.
What’s your: Age Sex Height Weight |
I won’t gain by Labor Day because I’m finding a new job that isn’t WFH. WFH has destroyed my health. It made me gain 3 dress sizes and 35 lbs in 4 years since COVID . I eat constantly because I’m home, and don’t leave the house to exercise like I used to except on weekends . I am making big changes . |

Looking at it now. It is very detailed which I like. It does look like alot of prep and juicing and grocery shopping though. Fasting may be easier |
Cut out all sugar and nearly all carbs.
So you can eat nearly Anything else. Ok: Fish Beef Chicken Eggs Dairy Vegetables If you are craving sugar, eat a small piece of fresh fruit or small glass of juice. No bread, potatoes, pizza, noodles, or rice. No alcohol or soda, including diet. Coffee and tea is fine without sugar. |
Well, I didn't say it was easy. It's a huge amount of shopping and prep. And you'll want to add protein powder to one of your juices each day if you go beyond two weeks or so. But it works and feels great. I did a couple of "Guided Reboot" things that were 30 days back with Joe was big and he had dieticians leading online groups. It was great to get the support, but you don't need it. |
Your age is definitely in your favor. Shoot for 15 pounds and be happy with 10. That’s 12 weeks with a 1-2lb weight loss. Slow and steady wins the race. You can keep going from there. |
Yes do this, reduce your portions and drink water - 1 to 2 pounds a week |
Ozempic, like everyone else! |
