What do you think of when someone has lash extensions?

I’ve been wearing lash extensions that are slightly longer than what my natural lashes look like. Love the way they look, and make me feel very pretty. However, I am self-conscious when somebody is a bit close to me I can feel they’re trying to figure out if I have extensions on.

I don’t care really if they know they’re fake lashes, but do they think I look crazy? Or vain?

I think they wish Instagram filters were real life. I put people with botox in the same box too.

They look ridiculous and you aren’t fooling anyone. I am not deliberately trying to be mean but if you want the truth, that is it.
And I do put on makeup, color my hair, all that prepping stuff, so I’m not against beauty products. Just not those ridiculous lashes.

I think you mean filler. You can't tell when someone has good botox, I guarantee.

Nothing intentionally but natural impression is of someone trying hard or just trying a trend. Either way, none of my business.

Yes, this is one of those Instagram trends that has trickled down to real life, but just doesn't look that good. OP, if you see people staring at your eyelashes, that's probably a sign that they are too long/fake looking. Sorry.
