This is a very wealthy family (private school, $3m home) with a nanny for their three school-aged kids. |
Oh go away. You know NOTHING about this family or their child.
Sometimes kids with special needs will only eat certain foods. Also, a lunchable is not the worst thing a child could eat, especially if they also include things like peas, blueberries, popcorn, etc. |
Kids are picky eaters or like them. I’m super crunchy (my kids get homemade whole wheat bread, hummus, carrot sticks, etc) but I don’t have the energy to judge another family’s food choices unless they’re genuinely harmful to the kids. |
Not your kid, not your problem
I think your kid may want some! |
Oh for heaven's sake. The kid will actually eat them and/or there is no time to be making lunch from scratch. What is wrong with you? |
Oh ... wow. You actually looked up what their home is worth? You need help. |
My sister did this. Never judged the choice, but I did get tired of her complaining about how much work it was to pack her kid's lunch. |
LOL I figured I would get flamed by other lazy parents! And no, there is nothing else included. Just lunchable. |
My 1st grader eats uncrustables every day he doesn’t buy school lunch. It’s what he likes and it’s easy. |
That's nothing. How is all this crap sold in supermarket called food. |
Checked out parents, busy nanny with three kids. |
How can you possibly know that ALL THREE of the children in this family ONLY EVER get lunchables and nothing else every day? |
Yeah. If the kid isn't the reason, it's the nanny buying groceries and making the lunch.
Also, Lunchables is moving into the school lunch market anyway. I read an article about it. https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/interactive/2023/lunchables-school-lunch-ultraprocessed-foods/ |
Same reason kids get school lunch. It is quick and easy. This isn't that hard to figure out. And no, DS doesn't eat them. I just find you to be an idiot |
Probably they just don't love their kids. |
