I hit menopause early -at 44. I’m a couple years post-menopause and realize I really need to do some strength training. I have dumbbells ranging from 10 to 40 pounds, resistance bands, and a one of those round yoga pillows that goes under your back. Given the available equipment, would anyone have suggestions for good workout videos on YouTube? |
If you really want to get into strength training I recommend you get a bar as it is much easier to control as you move up in weights. What you have for now is fine to give strength training a try to see if you like it.
I use Les Mills on demand and I do the strength development series. My sister has done several types of videos and she likes Les Mills as well. Good luck! |
