Strength training videos for post menopause

I hit menopause early -at 44. I’m a couple years post-menopause and realize I really need to do some strength training. I have dumbbells ranging from 10 to 40 pounds, resistance bands, and a one of those round yoga pillows that goes under your back. Given the available equipment, would anyone have suggestions for good workout videos on YouTube?

If you really want to get into strength training I recommend you get a bar as it is much easier to control as you move up in weights. What you have for now is fine to give strength training a try to see if you like it.

I use Les Mills on demand and I do the strength development series. My sister has done several types of videos and she likes Les Mills as well. Good luck!
