Why is this house priced so high? Is it because of the solar panels?!

3400 Sq ft remodeled house in AU Park isn't going to be cheap. Show me lower priced comps that were recently remodeled.

Haha! This house is actually under-priced if you look at the square footage of the house. It’s a beautiful house and neighborhood and I love love love the renovation. Wish I could buy it. Someone very lucky will.

You can always tell when the realtor for the aforementioned house shows up here.

A 3,472 sq ft house on a 3,646 sq ft lot? Are these numbers accurate?

Why wouldn’t they be? Our rowhome is 3000 sf on an 1800 sf lot.

Not a realtor but I am an informed buyer who’s looking to buy in DC so I check this site for more info. This house is not in my budget but it doesn’t mean I can’t comment about your negative grouchy comment 😊

Combo of high number of beds and baths, plus it's all freshly updated, in a highly desirable neighborhood

Bigger lot, smaller home, not as nice as the one OP posted, priced at 2.2m, and has been sitting for six months.

Similar size, not around the prestigious AU park, priced at 2.1, and has been sitting for six months.

The house OP posted definitely looks nicer than those other two, but it doesn't seem worth 100k or 200k more.

Calm down.. I didn't say anything grouchy. I just asked if you can show me an example.

Meant to put my comment here. Still getting used to this site:

when is the open floor plan going to die? And the black industrial railing. The interior is just awful if you ask me, which no one did.

Very pretty inside. Love the floors!

For all that renovation, why no bathroom on the 3rd floor? Who wants 2 bedrooms up there an no bathroom?

Main level to me feels like an open floor townhouse plan, and not a SFH. What is the joint structure in the backyard ion slide 36? Look weird painted or whatever just half. From the street view, appears like it was a shared/split garage?
