Not a damn thing about that house looks cheap. Sad trolling attempt. Get a life.
Nothing looks high end either. The finishes are very basic. Kitchen made of stock cabinets with bunch of filler pieces to make things more or less fit. Mid-range appliances, cheap pre-finished floors. It is not absolutely terrible, but it is all pretty meh.
It would be over $3 million if it was all high end finishes. None of it looks cheap, and you know it. You people are sad.
DP. The house you’re trying to sell is average at best. You need to accept it. There’s nothing in that house that screams “special”. It looks like a standard builder grade renovation that every modern home has. But with below average craftsmanship. The picture of the bathtub, for example, the wall tiling isn’t even. And in the kitchen, there are random gaps in the kitchen cabinets. I could nitpick more but I’m guessing people who saw it in person probably have said worse things. It just looks below average.
You need to accept reality. This house is overpriced. Hence why it’s sitting. If it was that remarkable, it would be gone by now. Don’t worry, it will still sell. But the fact that you keep getting angry that everyone doesn’t love it and think it’s worth the asking price…says a lot.
