Loudoun/NVA going MLS Next

MLS Next came to Loudoun and did their site visit, this sounds like the last step of their application.

What will ECNL do when they shift and go MLS Next?

If so, then they can keep girls in ECNL.
If not, then they are forced to move to GA

ECNL bundles their boys & girls teams. If boys don’t have their top team in ECNL, then the girls side can’t have ECNL.

Maybe but why would ECNL let them have just the girls and while dumping boys ECNL?

There's a good chance that ECNL would take the girls away if they moved to MLS Next for boys.
