A lot of hot leads, mmkay. But the foreign intelligence is a twist I wasn’t expecting.

Probably information derived from FISA

He was quite critical of Islam lately. Who knows. I don't want to blame Islam, Jewish, etc. I'm just so sad he's gone.

Please point out real people celebrating it. that would be horrible. But you realize a lot of it is probably foreign trolls and bots trying to use this to rile people up. Stop falling for it. If you meet a real person in real life, you might express your disgust. Otherwise, you are getting suckered.

If we're going to start doing it for every political commentator, we have to do it for EVERY political commentator.

And the children gunned down EVERY SINGLE DAY in America.

And for federal agencies that get shot at...

He’s not a martyr. He’s a victim of gun violence. What would he possibly be a martyr for?

I don’t know if martyr is the right word, and I agree with very little of what he espoused, but getting murdered in cold blood for speaking one’s beliefs has been and always will be a dark moment for all of us.

You have no idea why he was murdered.

I don’t buy this for a minute. He isn’t that powerful of a dude for a foreign government to plan something like this.

Kirk is not that well known outside the right wing groups. He is not a household name. Most of the people are shocked by the video but ask who he is. A state actor would pick someone much more well known.

It's called accountability, something completely missing from the right.

How many political commentators do you expect to be gunned down onstage?

Wish Fox would do the same with their talking heads.

Trump: "For years those on the radical left have compared wonderful Americans like Charlie to Nazis. This kind of rhetoric is directly responsible for the terrorism that we're seeing in our country and it must stop right now. My administration will find each and every one of those who contributed to this atrocity and to other political violence, including the organizations that fund it and support it, as well as those who go after our judges and law enforcement officials."

Trump talking about rhetoric leading to violence? Whoo boy!

Meanwhile, here’s some rhetoric:

waiting for this guy to apologize and be fired.

waiting...waiting. Oh who are we kidding.

Same. There's not much to say. It's sad.

On blue sky a lot of people posting about how sad it is, worrying about how the GOP is already talking so openly about “retribution”…

On Twitter, lots of libs talking about how terrible it is, newsy stuff and posts promoted by the algorithm saying really scary stuff about the need to hurt liberals.

So yeah there is some messed up stuff being said online, but I haven’t seen any celebrating.

Lots of celebration on X. LOTS

That’s how you know they are fake. Liberals have left X.

I don't know about that. Having a guy whacked in front of a couple of thousand people live. I think your judgement is off here.
