I have seen the video from when they went to help at the charity. She is wearing the same boots and jeans. Charlotte has the same boots and blouse on underneath the sweater. That is all that is the same.

Same- I was believing until she just ignored Louis bc he has a completely different sweater on. They’re pretty basic pieces, and the kids probably have separate public/private wardrobes, so a smaller selection of classic pieces to reuse.

All the obviously bad photoshopping is around the clothes - the girl's sleeve and skirt are both poorly misaligned and at Kate's neckline/zipper area, all bad.
My personal first reaction to the pic was "Whaaat? Abdominal surgery and those skinny jeans? No" -- but I didn't just to photoshop theories like others.

For chrissakes she issued a statement that YES she did edit the photo.

Even if you accept that this statement was from Catherine directly, and that it's true, it doesn't explain why she'd Photoshop this specific photo to make it look like she and her kids were wearing different clothes. Just... why? The phot was not altered to make her look better or conceal signs of illness. It was altered to make it look like they were wearing different clothes, presumably so that people wouldn't realize it was from 2023. The statement "from Catherine" in no way explains that weirdness.

If the new daily mail pic is the best “proof of status quo” life pic the palace can produce, we should all be deeply concerned.

It’s this *specific* photo they’ve authorized the British press to release. Kate’s face is not pictured. Kate and William, at best, look completely miserable together. The palaces clearly painstaking effort to produce a picture of William and Kate together resulted in a picture where either KP or Kate won’t show her face. That they are staging this at all, after months of strange activity pointing to divorce and medical issues, is also telling. Something is deeply wrong. Anyone saying otherwise is in denial.

Kate is normally vibrant and effusive. That woman always has a huge - and what I imagine is largely fake- grinning laughing smile on her face. Kate is not playing this time.

I think she likely is sick. Or was, and did in fact have a procedure done that required a hospital stay. I think it would be too hard to fake that, and also it would be way too risky for the RF to claim she was having surgery done if she wasn't.

But I also think something else is badly amiss and they were using the surgery and recovery to conceal it, but it went wrong. Either because Catherine is not participating in the ruse, or because the other issues are so embarrassing/upsetting that the palace has made a bunch of unforced errors in an effort to keep them under wraps.

It's incredibly concerning. That picture just adds legitimacy that something is wrong and she's not willingly to pretend for the cameras anymore

What do you guys think was the final straw? I don't think it was just cheating. Maybe something involving the kids? Like them finding out an affair or realizing that pretending I. cameras and fighting heind isn't the best for the kids?
