Alec said it was a one in a trillion event except a staff member shift herself in the foot and there were other accidents. Not exactly one in a trillion or maybe he doesn’t think shooting your own foot by accident indicates a safety problem.

That person shot themselves in the foot with a blank. That's a safety problem but would not have killed Hutchins.

I’m really beginning to think that Hilary is certifiably insane. She’s now posting that they lost their cat on IG. Yes, yes, Hilary—your random fandom on IG will most certainly be able to help you find your cat. It’s pretty clear that she cannot control herself and keep from posting on social media. Alec just comes across as senile allowing this to happen during a homicide investigation.
