DC skipped classes a lot, got 3.6. I am quite disappointed.
He was a high stats student in HS with uw 4.0 in magnet. |
ok, humblebrag |
2.6 and I am absolutely thrilled. It was a hard transition. |
4.0 at Emerson |
2.3 for oldest son… this was with lots of tutoring T30 school
2.5 for youngest… lost his minor 3.0 required scholarship had to change majors… state school It got much better after Freshman year. |
Yes, making Dean's list in their first semester at a college is such a letdown. Get a grip. |
Get a grip lady |
What's the major? If for engineering, that is outsatinding |
Hotel management |
I am seriously not. He is totally unmotivated, mostly a tayed up playing games, not joining clubs, not looking for internship, planning to drop the minor. |
Dean’s list usually requires a higher GPA |
3.5 in most places. |
4.0 gpa. Thrilled since Dc had a 3.4 in high school (big3 private) |
My two had a 4.0 (which held thru first year) and a 3.24. The 3.24 changed major path after am abysmal second semester and has only just gotten cumulative over 3.4 as a junior.
3.6 is perfect in my eyes, can still go up but won’t kill him for years trying to catch up. |
Well now they have enough free time to smoke pot and get laid without you around constantly nagging them to study so they can get into a good college. Of course grades are gonna dip a bit. |
