It's called fiber, which is abundant in a plant based diet. No need to eat the fake meat at all - just lots of beans, legumes, and leafy greens.

It is not abundant in a lot of “plant based” diet. Which is just different way of saying “over processed junk “

I eat a lot of plant based foods and I’m constantly farting. Can’t imagine adding more beans on top of this. It’s almost like they weren’t meant to be digested by the human body.

I eat primarily a plant based diet yet that has no impact on my constant desire for food. Clearly, I have some sort of neurodivergence when it comes to controlling my appetite. What I eat isn't the problem, it's the desire to eat - much like an alcoholic desires to drink and a smoker desires a cigarette.
