Fashion sneaker that's IN right now

Anonymous
Previous posts are from Spring and mention Vejas, Stan Smith and Converse and others say they were out of style back in April so I thought I'd check in to see if there is anything new in the world of fashion sneakers.

I am in the market for a new pair that's under $150, comfortable and not too bulky (no platforms).

Stan Smith's were uncomfortable and super squeaky.

My leather Nike's are great but I've had them two years and I'm ready for a new pair.

Please send me ideas. I'd be happy to try Vejas if they are still cool (I don't want to get them if they are out or on their way out). My 16 year old son loves his Vejas.

Why do they have to be "cool"? Can't you just get sneakers that fit your style and comfort level?

Why do they have to be INNNNNNNNNN?

It’s the Beauty and Fashion forum, perfectly on topic.

I still love my Vejas, but they aren't the most comfortable sneakers I've ever had (I have a bunion, ymmv).

My favorite right now are my Onitsuka Tigers, but I think they are sold out.

If you are trying this hard, it shows and you'll inherently never be "cool" - just thought you should know this up front.

Are the Madewell sneakers dorky? I love mine. A young woman I work with, who is very into fashion, wears them, too. So I figured they were cool.

This. And learn how to use apostrophes correctly, OP.

I am a diehard Converse fan, always and forever. You can get them in leather and if you buy directly from Converse they often have sales.

And if you are trying this hard, you will never be cool either. Just thought you should know this up front.

Why should they know this?
If OP claimed she was cool, she’d probably already know what to buy. She admitted she didn’t so it seems like you just need attention but can’t contribute. You don’t seem any cooler since you have zero to add.

Why can’t people ask what’s popular? Why does that bother you?
