So we went from girls to boys? Boys to girls? This is confusing. Who can't clear a goal box? Vienna thus far at least on the girls side is markedly improved. Sure I guess you could go to McLean and play in tournaments in the third bracket and beat up on people. Sure, one could go to BRYC and play in only tournaments. Every club has issues. Wanna leave, leave? Have solutions, I'm sure someone within VYS would be happy to hear them. As for the troll you are mentioning, he is long gone. There are others out there but how is this productive and supportive?

| VYS parent here...I"m happy with the club and we came here from out of town. Not perfect, but status quo for a club. We went to tryout at all the local clubs. Everyone is elite and everyone is perfect. sure it is! Just enjoy the time with your families and call it a day. |

I 2nd that. I use these forums to get info on topics of interest to me, but rarely post. How someone's experience or feelings on a soccer team/club should have no impact on your own experience. I understand if it's from someone new joining, but most of the banter has been existing club families. If you were happy with the club and for some odd reason, not happy after reading these post then you have personal issues that need to be addressed. It's obvious to me that there are a few post purposely made to get the rest of you jumpy. This is forum is no different than the old school water cooler chatter, except folks have bigger voices now that they can hide behind "anonymous". Pleas don't bash me, i'm just making an observation. |
