I'm guessing that they were planning to flip from the beginning, but they wanted their chance to go through pre-trial motions to see if they could end up with a better bargaining position. |

Good for Georgia! |
She was never really part of anything. She got coffee. Maybe. For someone else. |
| Ellis flipped primarily because Trump let her hang on legal fees. Loyalty is a one-way street with Trump. |
He probably decided that whatever she might provide prosecutors wasn't important enough. He protects people that have the goods on him. See Stone, Flynn, Manafort. |
He's let Rudy hang and he definitely has the goods on Trump. It's just a matter of time. |
Trump is losing the plot. He’s many years, many indictments and one POTUS office out from when he issued those pardons. He’s running out of money and the whole house of cards is coming down. I couldn’t be more pleased. As a law professor told us, the wheels of justice grind slowly, but they grind fine. Things are catching up to the perpetrators of 6 January, including Trump. I only hope the fever doesn’t destroy our country before it breaks. |

"I am so sorry... that I was caught and Trump didn't pay my legal fees." The ethics are strong in this one! |
