man in desperate need of better flexibility

I have horrendous flexibility. My body continues to break down as I get older from nonstop musculoskeletal injuries. Soft tissue injuries take forever to heal now. My over fitness is fine, but my flexibility is terrible. Are there classes to take that specifically focus on improving flexibility? Yoga? Anything else? Just do YouTube videos?

I have terrible flexibility. I am muscular (woman) but very tight. Yoga helps. So does a massage gun and regular massages. What made the biggest difference was coming up with a short (20 minute) stretching routine I can do at home and then actually doing it at first every day and now 3 or 4 times a week.

Pp. I made up my own stretching routine based on what seemed to be getting results for me during Yoga classes and from videos. (So I had to try a lot of stretches to figure out what helped me.)

My husband had these same issues nearing 50 and started DDPY about a year and a half ago. I’ve done workouts with him and they are wonderful. He’s way more flexible than I am and has stuck with it.
