How long did it take for you to lose significant weight?

And what did your weight loss history look like?

I’m on week 6. 2nd dose of 5mg this week. Have only lost 4 pounds.
But stomach has shrunk and little appetite. I don’t know why I’m not losing more?

About 40 pounds over my target weight (what I weighed 18 years ago)….

Ideally you want to lose 1-2 lbs a week. That's the sustainable way. I was on Ozempic and that's how it went. You should incorporate exercise into it if you haven't already because it makes a huge difference. I started WW at the same time and I'm still doing WW even though I haven't been on Ozempic since March. I haven't gained any weight back.

Are you eating 90+ grams of protein and drinking a ton of water every day? Including some electrolyte water? Are you lifting weights to make sure you don't lose muscle as you lose fat? Those are the things that helped me. You should be losing more, so something is off

Def not eating that much protein.

I’m trying to be better about electrolytes- lots of vitamins though.

2 pounds a week is not slow weight loss AT ALL. That's VERY rapid weight loss. Slow and sustainable weight loss is like, 20-30 pounds a year.
