Yes. The race was decided in the primaries for county board and the caucus for school board.

Agreed. I would take turner over any of the current board members. At least turner has kids in APS and somewhat cares what parents say

As a more liberal parent, I will be glad to have her add some counter-balance to CDT and DP who are lockstep with each other in ignorance and uselessness. BS isn't much more effective than they are; but perhaps with the more thoughtful questioning and listening of MK and MT, board meeting discussions might be a little more substantive and interesting.

It’s sad. As of January, there will be only 4 school board members who will be representing my children and our family. No point going to Miranda’s office hours. She won’t care about our concerns.

do you even remember the vicious attacks the Miranda Turner campaign made on Mary Kadera back when they ran against each other? Truly shameful by MT.

Agree that CDT and DP are useless, but that does not make me excited for MT at all. I don't want someone beholden to those APEs and closet MAGAs.
