Here are the top 20 most rarest colleges and universities within the United States.
Do agree with this list? What changes would you make if any? https://www.instagram.com/reel/CyrbO9YMG2E/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== |
| That Bowdoin is at high as it is and that Caltech, Swarthmore, Williams, and Wellesley aren't there at all says it all |
|
Ridiculous list.
Bowdoin, Middlebury, Notre Dame, & Vanderbilt do NOT belong on this list. College of William & Mary is questionable. |
| Any such list should be by major area of study, not by college or university. |
+1 |
How do you know |
| OP's kid in W&M lol |
| Another ridiculous listing |
I know & have known many students at these schools. |
| MIT, Caltech, Berkeley, U Penn, CMU, Johns Hopkins, Rice, Cornell, Georgia Tech are academically most rigorous. |
| Stupid list. Of course this is going to depend on the major. |
| I have a kid at a school pretty high on the list. Seems fairly rigorous to me. That said - seems like a dumb list. How on earth could this be measured in any meaningful way? |
| William and Mary above Hopkins? Please.🙄 |
I enjoy it because my alma mater is near the top, but: - Using information from Niche, and a crappy and poorly formatted 2015 article from Business Insider, is a trashy way to create a list like this. The question when you use sources that are THAT bad is whether you’re just posting regular clickbait or are part of a criminal enterprise. So, even if you’re a freelancer who put this together for $25 for clickbait purposes, the site managers should pay you another $25 to redo this with fresher, classier data. - The fact that Cal Tech isn’t on the list and the fact that Harvey Mudd ranks below Vanderbilt are signs that, data problems aside, the ranking isn’t plausible. |
Agree with you except for Cornell. |
