Favorite Bodi/Beachbody videos to build muscle

I have done all three levels of T 25. What should I do next? I really want to build some more muscle, particularly upper body and core muscle.


What videos do you enjoy in Bodi? What’s good for upper body? For T 25 I used a combo of 10lb and 5 lb weights. I’m naturally not a very strong person and it takes me a long time to gain muscle. After a few months of t 25 i can finally do regular pushups (not just the modified ones) and I really want to continue to increase my core and upper body strength.

LIIFT4 is good for increasing weights and building muscle. I haven't done the whole thing but have done some here and there. I really like Muscle Burns Fat (MBF) and MBFA, I gained a lot of core and upper body strength through it and I just really like the format and the trainer. I've done it 3 or 4 times all the way through now.

Both of the ones the PP mentioned are good for what you are looking for, but I really liked the variety of types of workouts in MBFA.

Also wanted to add that I love T25 for cardio! That was the first program I did and it got me into shape quickly!
