But I will agree with the PP - does Barr exhibit deep knowledge of the values and practice of the US Constitution? It seems to me he is confirming our worst fears of a budding authoritarian. It has nothing to do with his education and everything to do with his values as a patriotic American. Real Americans don't enable dictators.
