Potomac needs multi family housing

Why aren't we considering building multi-family housing in that part of MoCo.

There is miles of underutilized real estate along the Pike. Convenient to Metro. Infrastructure mostly built already. Retail nearby. The Pike provides a great opportunity to MF housing.

Makes more sense to start at existing transit lines and grow outward. Otherwise everyone will live in traffic.

Are you seriously asking this question? Because that's where rich people with money, power, and influence live! There's no way they will let MF housing in that area.
