NP. Disagree. This isn't a private property owner's decision. It would impact roads, schools, bus routes, fire, police coverage. Infrastructure should support multifamily before it's built.

No, single family housing doesn't flood the city with people the way a SFH does. Apartments often bring in needier people who need more services: more public transportation, more help in school and more policing.
