Tragic. But have you seen what an average Hamas militant looks like? Take a look at those videos that the IDF took of the Hamas militants they'd captured. Fat, roly-poly, out of shape, disgusting slobs. They all look like Jabba the hutt. You know very well who's taking the food in Gaza. Those poor children are being willfully starved by Hamas and their supporters.

Those fat slobs kicked Israel's ass on 10/7 so bad that Israel has to take revenge on innocent children.

The UN is an active collaborator with Hamas, of course they want Israel to hand Hamas all of the humanitarian aid they can get their hands on to fund their Jewish genocide.

Breathtakingly dishonest deflection and hypocrisy! Classic DARVO technique.

However, if you don't like the UN, let's roll back all UN resolutions concerning Israel -- back to the time the UN was initiated -- and start from scratch. We'll begin with 181.

The ICJ ruling quoted in the previous post was unanimous, including Judge Barak, who is Israel's ad hoc judge on the ICJ and the former president of Israel's supreme court.

So I guess you are also accusing him of wanting a Jewish genocide? He is a survivor of the Jewish genocide committed by the Europeans, the Holocaust.

Lies and excuses for everything. No self-awareness. How do you live with yourself?

How are you not blaming the fat slobs hiding behind the innocent children Hamas actively wants to see killed for the sake of strengthening its own bargaining power?

So sad. This deliberate starvation is a war crime, and Israel needs to be held accountable. There is further information at https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/3/27/starvation-anatomy-of-a-very-cruel-slow-death.

Hamas could end this today. Why won't they? Why are these fat Hamas leaders hiding out in other countries, refusing to negotiate in good faith, while their people starve?

Is it possibly because things are better for them if their people suffer?

+100. The starvation and suffering of the Gazan people is a willful, deliberate and calculated choice made by Hamas. They indeed COULD end it.

I think we all agree that Hamas is bad.

Hamas is not surrendering.

That does not give Israel the right to starve the people of Gaza. This is on Israel.

From the ICJ ruling yesterday:

In conformity with its obligations under the Genocide Convention, and in view of the worsening conditions of life faced by Palestinians in Gaza, in particular the spread of famine and starvation, Israel shall: (a) take all necessary and effective measures to ensure, without delay, in full co-operation with the United Nations, the unhindered provision at scale by all concerned of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance, including food, water, electricity, fuel, shelter, clothing, hygiene and sanitation requirements, as well as medical supplies and medical care to Palestinians throughout Gaza, including by increasing the capacity and number of land crossing points and maintaining them open for as long as necessary;

https://www.icj-cij.org/sites/default/files/case-related/192/192-20240328-ord-01-00-en.pdf

The ICJ also said Hamas needed to unconditionally release all Israeli prisoners. That was in the LAST one, yet Hamas has failed to do so.

How is it that only one side is expected to comply while the other can continue to do whatever they like? That's not fair.

Israel is NOT cooperating with ceasefire agreements. For example, why isn't it releasing the thousands of people it is holding without charges, which is essentially no different from what Hamas did when it took prisoners on 10/7? The only difference is that Hamas is holding about 134 prisoners, while Israel is holding about 3,500. If you see Palestinians and Israelis as equal, you must see this. If you don't, you must be racist.

We all know why Hamas's prisoners are seen as more important than Israel's prisoners. It's racism. As referenced on the previous page, an Israeli appeals court reduced the sentences for IDF members who murdered or were parties to the murder of a young Arab girl on the grounds that: "At the time, there was a general feeling of contempt for the life of Arabs ... and sometimes wanton events occurred in this sphere. All this helped create an atmosphere of 'anything goes'. We are convinced that this atmosphere existed at the Nirim outpost, too."

So it's quite clear why Hamas is expected to make more concessions than Israel: Racism! An Israeli court ruled that "a general feeling of contempt for the life of Arabs" allows Israelis to treat them as partially expendable. The court outright said that killing a young Arab girl, thought to be in her mid-teens, literally wasn't too bad. To this day, Israelis expect Palestinians to kowtow and accept treatment that labels them as inferiors.

Beautiful. Gunning down a bunch of kids at a music festival was a really manly thing to do, right? That's why we love Hamas. Genuine heroes.

You do realize that every time you pro-Hamas morons speak - whether online or on the streets - more and more people turn away from having any sympathy for Palestinians. You'll notice that no one is marching. No country has offered to open their border for Palestinian refugees. And certainly no nation is offering military aid. Even Hezbollah is just chilling on the border. No one wants to be associated with Hamas and their supporters. You'd be doing Palestinians a big favor if you and your fellow pro-Hamas cretins would just quietly slither away.

Guess Hamas should really stop stealing the food we're trying to send them, then.

In fact, if they hadn't committed a massacre, it wouldn't have happened at all. They could stop this immediately if they return the hostages and surrender. But I'm sure youre putting all your energy into ensuring that they do this already, and you're definitely not trying to strengthen their bargaining position so they prolong the torture of the hostages and those citizens of Gaza who may possibly not support Hamas!

Hamas isn’t shooting at trucks at inspection stations from naval gunboats. IDF is.

You're going to have to give a credible citation because I haven't seen anything in any of the diverse news feeds I follow nor does it show up in a google news search. Or is this just more fake Hamas spin, like "IDF targeted a JDAM at a hospital and killed 500 people" that turned out to be a Hamas rocket. https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/human-rights-watch-says-rocket-misfire-likely-cause-deadly-gaza-hospital-blast-2023-11-26/ Or like the numerous instances where there was video of Hamas firing guns into the crowd at an attempted food drop but they tried blaming it on IDF. https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/video-shows-gunmen-stealing-from-aid-trucks-shooting-at-gaza-civilians/

Israel isn't the only one defying ceasefires. Ceasefires cannot be unilateral. CAN NOT.

BOTH sides need to stop firing for there to be a legitimate ceasefire. And not only IDF and Hamas but also the various Palestinian Jihad and other militants in Gaza, AS WELL AS Hezbollah who has kept it unsafe for people to return to their homes in northern Israel, and what about the Houthis, who continue to threaten commercial shipping in the name of Hamas?

CAN NOT.
