| It just popped up on Netflix. Should I watch it? Anyone else started watching it? I need to pop out and grab a pizza first if I'm going to watch this thing. It's 3 episodes and I don't know if I'll have a headache or a giggle while watching it. |
| I watched it live, no need to re-view. |
| Yeah, I've changed my mind. I'm going to rewatch Lucifer instead. I didn't watch the trial last year because my life was so busy, but I obviously knew all the tea because it was all over social media. Thought the Neflix docu-series would be fun but actually, they're both toxic, gross people and I don't want to watch the fallout of their fake marriage. |
| Yeah no thanks. Two losers. |
| I really didn’t follow the trial since they both seemed like awful people. Just saw the highlights that were shared on twitter. |
Make sure it has a long shelf life. |
| I watched it live too. Know too much about random people’s lives. No desire to see it again! |
| I just watched it. They're both toxic, gross people, but the show was good. AH was a terrible witness. I actually believe that he may have abused her, but his team proved that she abused him and that she lied. I didn't follow the trial so this was new to me. |
| I'll watch it. I watched the highlights of the real trial and LOVED it. |
| No need for me to watch a narcissist psychopath ruining a woman's life. |
+1 And the BS about her daring to be an imperfect victim who didn't just take it but fought back, and at times gave as good as she got. Nothing about that obviates the fact that he did abuse her. |
The London verdict got it right. She had sh*tty lawyers, should have won this case too. |
|
Nothing new here. Psychotic woman who poops in bed and cut fingers off rightfully lost.
Good lesson is that women cannot do whatever they want in terms of domestic violence. Disgusting how posters in this forum protect and defend a serial domestic violence perpetrator like Heard. |
Someone didn’t listen to the tapes! This was two obnoxious, arrogant, angry and self cantered people but she was far more calculated and abusive. Neither was a complete victim given their dynamic. They both did a lot of drugs and he drank a lot and intoxication added to two angry people fighting was not going to end well. He did try to escalate and she would just keep going. In the end the trial seems to have given them both some form of closer that nothing else did. They both finally moved on and have both mostly stopped talking about it. Too bad Netflix is showing it again. Let them and it all fade into oblivion. |
| I watched trial, but not Netflix. Depp is lifelong drug addict. He is a sexual, emotional, and physical abuser. He was a cocky, manipulative, gaslighting dbag on the stand. His low morals attorney girl was in it to win it. The Trump nutters who sling shit on social media are the same people who dragged Heard down on social media. Awful injustice by every measure. |
