The bullet barely grazed him. He has had Secret Service for nearly 8 years and damn well should know by now that they are there to do a job and that when a crisis hits you do not argue with them over dumb things like shoes or a photo op. If there was a protocol failure in getting Trump off of that stage, it was 100% because Trump was keeping them from doing their job.

Trump likely has hearing loss and a concussion. Allow your neighbor to graze your ear with the round from a rifle before you judge Trump. Report back how you felt after being grazed.

Omg. I just watched the interview with the fellow who was pointing out the shooter to the police and SS. For minutes.... What utter understaffing and/or incompetence. Yikes. There is going to have to be a thorough investigation into how this was possible, when it sounds preventable . What's tragic is the people injured and killed due to that. Americans have been done a HUGE disservice.

No on said he staged Covid. People were made because he showed up at the debate with Covid and flouted testing ruled. Then mad that he risked other people by demanding a ride around in the car while still sick. And frustrated that he got such top care and treatment after ignoring the crisis and denying other people proper care.

But how do the "witnesses" know this? The guy was on a rooftop, he didn't say anything, and was dead seconds after firing his shot.

The only potential thing relating to possible motive was that he was apparently wearing a US flag patch upside down, similar to how Alito was flying a US flag upside down at his house. That's more a hallmark of far right extremists than it is of liberals.
