One Year Anniversary of Oakton Girls Killed Walking Home From School

Yesterday was the 1-year anniversary of the two Oakton students killed by another Oakton student while they were walking home from school on Blake Lane. He was speeding, hit a car, and run up onto the sidewalk and hit them. There were people at the crash site in remembrance and asking for justice. Has nothing happened to the driver yet????

Sounds like that sh!tty kid in Arlington who drove drunk and killed the young man driving home, and essentially got off scott free due to the prosecutor who seems to rarely appropriately prosecute anything.

I heard that the kid will be let go with "time served" while being out on bond. I'm not even sure what that means. Was he restricted in away way while being out on bond?
