Short answer is not much difference. This is a regular topic in this forum. The most recent thread is here:

Whitman boundary may change due to Woodward High School Opening. Apart from that, there is not much difference.

Actually a huge difference. Churchill has a more international money and daddy or mommy is a ceo money. Whitman is more daddy or mommy is a high level gov't employee or high level VP type money. As far as academics and extracurriculars, not much difference, but each has its specialties.

Is it really rich? There are a lot of private schools nearby. But yes , more money reduces single moms and crime

Both are very excellent schools. Both ahve a wealthy student body.
I would say biggest difference is make up of the population (data from the CIP):
Churchill 32% Asian, 43% white
Whitman 15% Asian, 60% white

Contrary to a PP, I would say Churchill is actually more mixed income than Whitman. There is a large stretch of more middle class housing in Potomac, and some affordable housing, that those fixated on the uber-wealthy contingent overlook. This is reflected in the demographic info posted above.

And Churchill's boundary may change due to Crown High School opening.

Whitman has a Waspier vibe, because of the Potomac vs Bethesda thing. Churchill is more "new money".

OP there are people on this thread who really do not know what they are talking about. EVERY single Es, MS and HS in the greater Bethesda area has a huge international contingent.
