Rs are terminally out of touch with normal people

example 4,000,000,000000000000 into infinity

who in the world thinks a room full of regular people even know who dylan mulvaney is, let alone sitting around stewing about her all day

these culture wars would be hilarious if they weren't so evil

It's really so silly. They go from, "we don't care what adults do, we're protecting kids" to, "that's a man selling other men beer!"

Dylan Mulvaney, what a culture war issue. They're sure to get millions of votes.

Do they not have one single advisor who isn't completely addicted to Twitter?!

I have to say, there's a lot I hate about Republicans - and their scary, apocalyptic "promises" about what's coming is up there at the top of what I hate most. But it's a big top. Very top-heavy.

Isn't it the Democrats who have been talking about their apocalyptic "promises" concerning climate change? Al Gore said many of the world's coastal cities would be inundated by sea level rise by 2023. Of course, he said that while owing a Tennessee mansion with three people living in it that consumed more power than a small town. Liberal hypocrite.

yes and humans did a lot in the intervening 30 years to help mitigate so instead of 2023 it is now more like 2050, but there is still more to do to try to prepare while also mitigating. Thanks for making the point that we CAN do something about it.

Also in one case we're trying to avoid the catastrophic existential threat - climate change

While in the other, the Rs are positively giddy about a dictator. They know that saying this stuff is creepy, weird, and sort of scary to normies - but those R weirdos love it, themselves.

I guess they love the threat of climate change, too. They're lusting for it. They are such strange and off-putting people.

LOL! Dictator? Forcing people to get vaccinated or lose their jobs? Even when the vaccination is not proven to work?
Forcing schools to close by local Dem School Boards. And, the President supporting those SB and attacking those who criticize. Mandating that Trans women and girls be allowed in women sports? Contrary to public wishes.

The vaccines saved millions of lives. That's a fact. And, in the initial COVID outbreak, schools were one of the places most often found by contact tracers to be sources of outbreaks. Fact. In the initial outbreak, there were teachers who died. Also a fact.

You're an idiot in complete denial of facts and reality for thinking it was all a hoax and that everything done was completely unnecessary and pointless.

The only people forced to get vaccinated were federal employees. No one else was, at least not by the government.

It was the teachers, who were in a vulnerable position who chose not to teach in person. Who was going to teach if the teachers weren't?

No one wants a dictator, so you can calm down.

All we want is a King crowned in the National Cathedral.

+ a million

Not to mention the effort to control what we drive, how we cook, what refrigerators and dishwashers we purchase, etc. etc. etc.

Republicans are hardly the dictators here. And, anyone who knows Jesse Kelly knows what he meant by the tweet.
