This clip is just her saying like every 3 seconds while she alludes to hooking up with a girl in Bangkok. How vapid.

I have no beef with whatever women want to do to earn a living or make themselves happy. I have never been on the "Why doesn't Jen get a real job" bandwagon.

But seeing these women was quite an experience. How they came "on" for the camera and played the role of someone enjoying a lovely vacation for a few seconds and then griped and whined at their signifiant other/+1 people about angles, wind, and how the regular people on the cruise were "in their shot."

Pretend enjoyment, pretend drinking the drinks, pretend vacation, pretend life. All for the gram.

I thought this was probably what it is like to be next to Jen and whoever is telling her what to do and say. Seeing this in person was cringey and made me feel like I needed to wash my hands.

I used to do PR and worked with influencers. Usually, for a big paid promo, the brand will send their PR rep along to ensure everyone is doing what they're supposed to be doing. It's as shallow and vapid as you think it is. I finally had to move over to the non-profit side where I still get to work with influencers but they're a force for good and for change in the world.

She started out at American and majored in photography, and then transferred back home to Texas and eventually graduated.

Not my kids! They keep that part of their lives as far away from me as possible.

Jen is overly interested in sex after years in fundy Christian-land. She feels naughty and very progressive discussing it. Emotionally, where sex is concerned she is where most college students are, and has missed the boat, and is trying to get back on it. It is cringy.

What was Sydney’s degree? I remember oldest son got some kind of ag management degree (something farm related).

Jen is everyone's bossy big sister so she's Big Siss. Tyler is a big, bossy, sassy guy who loves theater and eulogizing old white women so he's Big Sass.

I think Syndey got a journalism degree from UT so she's probably working at Starbucks.
