White suburban mom: this is fine

Agree, you see more at the beach.

No crotch rubbing or pole dancing so yeah I’d say it’s fine!

Yeah, and she's of a certain hue so I am sure that influences your perception.

Isn’t it funny how Jlo and shakira had more on than this, and the Karen’s are fine with this.

Karen called, and she’s not fine with the trashy cheerleaders.

You know when things become so common that you hear it all the time and it then just becomes annoying and a source of embarrassment? Please stop. It is getting old with the Karen and other name crap.

Ok Becky.

so clever

The “Karen/Becky” poster is the reason this thread is so freaking long. I kind of feel bad for her. What kind of life does she have to be so relentless on a dumb dcum thread?
I’m picturing a little apartment (rented) and lots of cats.

Such a Karen thing to say. You’re upset bc you are being called out so you attempt to spin it. Nope. This thread is long bc of all the Karens, Beckys and Susans who are up in arms about a half time performance. It’s long bc those women feel, oh so offended by a performance they don’t see as family friendly but refuse to see nothing wrong with the numerous beer commercials or the hitting and bashing of skulls in the sport. Not to mention the cussing and fighting that goes along with football. Carry on Karen. Never change.

Is there a nickname for women who are the complete opposites of Beckys, Karens and Susans (aka Susie)? Or is their behavior so specific that most every other name would suffice?

I feel like I'm a Ruthie (RGB) or a Nancy (Pelosi).

You should spend less time on strip clubs, more in the classroom.

The behavior is so specific. Anything opposite is a human being that people want to be around.

The NFL cheerleaders have always bothered me. Mostly because they werk it for free, but also because they are barely covered and are on display at each game. The halftime show was fine, imo.

I went out a Google rabbit hole on that one and found out that most NFL cheerleaders are making like $1, 200 a season which is just insane.

Oh good. In either case, insufferable and intolerant.

I wonder how much that comes out per hour. There are 16 regular season games which run approx 3 hours, plus before and after the game appearances & meet and greets. Plus non game day appearances, plus team calendar photo shoots, etc. I wonder if they are reimbursed for their beauty maintenance and gym fees?

They aren't. And the NFL teams have strict regulations about their beauty regimen too.

I think the women do it for the fun and semi-fame, but they are strictly for forbidden from dating members of the NFL teams so its not like they're getting rich husbands out of it either.

There have been a couple lawsuits about the cheerleaders being paid so poorly.

As far as I know they didn't win any of them.
