Not quite as expensive. Been reported that some of these illegal immigrant caravans are turning around and heading back to Central and South America now that they have heard the border is closed.
So these flights of 50 or 100 people on military planes, are actually deporting even more. |
Great news, and proof of the Biden admin’s weakness and lies. They claimed Venezuela wouldn’t accept deportees. They never really tried. They claimed we needed a bogus Venezuelan parole program to fly hundreds of thousands of illegals directly into the interior of our country in order to get Mexico to accept Venezuelan deportees. They never sent most of the Venezuelans to Mexico. They released them by the hundreds of thousands into the interior of the country, and incentivized more to come by offering TPS. Trump got both Mexico and Venezuela to accept deported Venezuelans, and cancelled the parole program, the CBP One app and TPS. The number of Venezuelan illegals traveling through Panama collapsed, proving it was a man made crisis created by the Biden administration. |
Senator Graham is proposing $175 billion for ICE. |
House GOP’s new budget certainly seems to believe it’s going to be very, very expensive. |
PP - I’m guessing since you care so much about child security crimes that this one really got your blood boiling:

Yes, a pos, is a pos. I dont care what political affiliation he claims…. In fact I anxiously await seeing some republicans caught up in doge audits, because there isnt any way some of them arent guilty too. |
Looks like ICE isn't hitting their deportation goals and Trump isn't happy about it. This article is an excellent read on the practical obstacles to mass deportations (insufficient funding, insufficient personnel, insufficient space in local jails, growing need--and perils of--going into local communities to find potential deportees, etc.). I've linked a gift article for those who are interested in reading it.
ICE struggles to boost arrest numbers despite infusion of resources Trump has ordered a wartime effort to increase deportations, but ICE statistics show arrests have dipped so far this month. ICE arrests have sagged so far this month, according to data provided by the Department of Homeland Security, declining from about 800 per day in late January after Trump took office to fewer than 600 during the first 13 days of February. The administration has stopped publishing daily numbers, and Trump officials said they will release the data on a monthly basis to conserve resources. It is a level well below the Trump administration’s goal of 1,200 to 1,500 arrests per day. “I’m not happy. We need more‚” Tom Homan, Trump’s designated “border czar,” said Thursday on Newsmax. https://wapo.st/4hXaz2g |
