Need to lose 30 lbs need meal and snack ideas

Don’t eat snacks. Replace at least one meal a day with broth based soup.

What are you currently eating? I lost more than 30 pounds while eating snacks and absolutely no broth-based meals.

Have eggs for breakfast. Cheese and chicken sausage is okay.
Eat berries. Eat salads that are filling. Eat butter with veggies. Fat is okay.
Allow a dessert once a day. You can lose weight if you eat a candy bar.
Stay away from bread and carbs but some carbs is okay
Mostly just avoid processed food. With whole food, allow all the butter and cheese and oil that is needed to make the food seem real.

Agree with this. And fill up most of your plate with veggies and fruit. Drink tons of water.

OP what do you like eating most and what is your daily food intake looking like? There's no point us telling you what we eat if it doesn't tally with what you like.

I found I had to cultivate a very different way of eating for myself, based on foods I enjoyed.

So, what do you normally eat?

I've posted before, but this is what I'm eating generally and its working (down ~10 pounds since January). It's all about the protein/lowish carb:

Breakfast:
Coffee with 1/3 of a Fairlife Vanilla Protein Shake (60 calories)
1 Eggwich from Trader Joes (190 calories)

Snack:
1 cup of Good Culture Cottage Cheese with 1 tsp of strawberry jam (150 calories)

Lunch:
1/2 container of Harvest Chili from Trader Joes with 1/2 cup of Fage 2% yogurt and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese (~275 calories)
1/2 of a high protein tortilla (~60 calories)
Diet coke (need to break this habit!)

Snack:
2 Mini Cucumbers and 1 reduced fat babybell (~50 calories)

Dinner:
Big bowl of butter lettuce with tomatoes and cut up cucumbers, whatever protein we're having that night (chicken, salmon, taco meat), perhaps a squirt of honey mustard of BBQ sauce. ~350 calories

Snack:
Bowl of protein cereal with protein milk (~200 calories)

And a ton of water....

I'm satiated and not hungry, which is all due to the protein.
