Has anyone heard of this?

I'm trying to lift heavy weights at the gym, but I don't have enough structure. I've lost 30 lbs and now want to focus on building muscle.

From what I've seen, I like his approach to food - non-keto etc. He works with a lot of women of all ages too. (I am 50+) Susan Niebergall is part of his team - I follow her on social media.

Yes, I love his monthly workout and I have been doing his program/a member of the inner circle for years.

Everything is app based now and very easy to follow. Option of 3 or 4 days a week. You can track weights and reps used in the app. There is even a rest timer which helps make the workout efficient. There are videos for all the exercises and he explains thing really well. To do his program you should have some basic weigh training knowledge in terms of how to squat and deadlift properly.

PP again.. should also add that if you want structure then his program is excellent. I love going to the gym knowing exactly what I will do that day. Each exercises has a reps either a set number or range.

His programs are either 4x/week (2 lower body, 2 upper body)
or 3x a week (upper, lower, full) Full day takes a little longer as it combines the second upper and lower body workouts, leaving out a few of the exercises.

Thanks for the info. I’m assuming your fitness has improved? Lost weight?

I am definitely stronger than I was when I started.

Weight loss is all about diet so despite exercise I gained back the weight/2o lbs I initially lost. But that is on me and my diet vs his program and exercise. if I actually stuck to a diet and his plan lose weight.

OP here. I just wanted to give everyone an update and make a pitch for the program in case you're searching.

I appreciate the prior feedback here.

I had lost 30 lbs on WW but was stalled out. They kept changing the program and the last version wasn't for me. I've always wanted to become fitter and wasn't making that much progress on my own.

I'm doing his 90 day intro program and it sets out a calorie goal based on a simple mathematical formula: goal weight x 12. Goal protein is your goal weight in grams. I use myfitness pal to track.

He has his own app that gives me an exercise plan for the week - video instructions. Lots of focus on weights as well as classic exercises like dead lifts, pushups and pullups. His "sidekick" is a 60 plus woman who is super fit.

Down to earth quirky videos not "gym bro" mentality.

Nice supportive online community. I'm down 2 lbs already and not hungry.

Going to continue with it.

I wanted to give everyone an update. I finished the 90 day challenge - weight training with calorie and protein goals and I’m down 3% body fat! I confirmed this with an Inbody Scan at a gym. Feeling fitter and stronger too.

Better investment of time than cardio

Can you share how much the program is?
