What is the story here with him and this ex girlfriend? Tricks her into getting locked out of house and then she sues him to get out of the NDA? Like she is wanting to tell her side of the lock out story but she can/t because of the NDA? Weird.

Story comes across like she was essentially squatting in his house and refusing to leave for 5 months after he broke up with her. She wants $30m for the “rental value” of his house? She is unsurprisingly a gold digger, and he sounds like his usual @sshole self.

NP. Without knowing the full story, he said "why don't you take a trip, get some space" and he drove her to the airport, when they got there told her she was now locked out of the house and was never getting back in, had a lawyer there to meet her to sign paperwork, etc. Who knows if it was justified or not. I don't give him much benefit of the doubt given his scumbag history.

If, as PP claims, she was squatting at his house for 5 months and wouldn't leave, what should he have done to not be an a$$hole? Sent her a formal eviction notice and let it run through the courts while she continues living at the house with his kids there?

She is claiming that she had a right to live there for 4-5 more years.

I prefaced it “without knowing the full story.” I was answering the pp’s question. I’m not defending either one. I just don’t give him the benefit of the doubt when anything about his apparent a-hole behavior is at issue.
