NP. Without knowing the full story, he said "why don't you take a trip, get some space" and he drove her to the airport, when they got there told her she was now locked out of the house and was never getting back in, had a lawyer there to meet her to sign paperwork, etc. Who knows if it was justified or not. I don't give him much benefit of the doubt given his scumbag history. [/quote]

If, as PP claims, she was squatting at his house for 5 months and wouldn't leave, what should he have done to not be an a$$hole? Sent her a formal eviction notice and let it run through the courts while she continues living at the house with his kids there?

I prefaced it “without knowing the full story.” I was answering the pp’s question. I’m not defending either one. I just don’t give him the benefit of the doubt when anything about his apparent a-hole behavior is at issue. [/quote]
