For me it’s always a chopped salad with egg, chicken, bacon, peas, and plenty of dressing.

I made that Jennifer Aniston salad last month. It was pretty damn good.

In the fall I make a salad with romaine, tomatoes, green onions, celery… but what makes it really good is that I cut sweet potato into chunks roast them and use them like a crouton. I also will toast pecans and put them in it and sometimes goat cheese or feta, depending on who I’m serving it to.
