That makes sense because ICE tends to hire bilingual people.

Why did they even engage with her? The SUV ahead of them drove right around her.

America Needs You

America has been invaded by criminals and predators. We need YOU to get them out.

You do not need an undergraduate degree.

Are you ready to defend the homeland? Launch a dynamic and rewarding career as a Deportation Officer with Enforcement Removal Operations (ERO) at ICE! Join a dedicated team safeguarding U.S. borders and upholding immigration laws, playing a key role in defending our nation.

This entry-level role requires no college degree and offers up to $50,000 in signing and retention bonuses. If you're driven and ready to serve with pride, join ICE and become a vital part of homeland security!

Unfortunately, this is the same minimum bar for most police departments in the country these days. Low education and low IQ minimums unfortunately make any average educated American smarter than the random police officer. And we all know that low self esteem dullards use violence as a first response to try to cover up their blatant deficiencies.

Are you claiming that people without college degrees have low IQs?

That is not the claim. The minimum requirements for a police officer are a) no college degree, and b) a low minimum IQ.

With that being said, we can all agree that the "average" American is not that bright. Average being the average American from a group that includes everyone from the mentally handicapped to extremely intelligent. The average IQ score of this average American is 100. The average IQ of a police officer is 104, which is basically the same as the average American. This means that half the police officers have low IQ. What's more, PDs have lowered the minimum IQ requirement more recently, so this means that the younger police officers probably have a lower IQ range than that of the "average police officer".

The point stands.

People need to stop glorifying POs and thinking that they're all as "smart" as the actors who are portraying cops that solve every single case in under 44 minutes every single week. Many of them wouldn't even be your first choice to put together a wardrobe from IKEA.

I’ll agree with you. He was bumped by her car. He was not run over by her car.

He was standing in front of a car. He could easily have stepped to the side.

These "officers" don't look too upset by the fact that one of their own just killed a woman. You would expect a bit more decorum in public.

I don't think she was intentionally trying to ram someone, but she could have easily hit the officer who was in front of her car.

She did hit him. He had to go to the hospital after.

She was trying to escape and didn't care if anybody got run over. Use of deadly force is legally justified if the LEO feels he/she is in an imminent threat of substantial bodily injury or death.

Not if the LEO intentionally puts themselves in danger in direct defiance of their training and department policy, which is what this ICE ‘officer’ did by standing in front of a running, moving vehicle. He created the danger, the use of force r isn’t justified and certainly not the two head shots point blank through the driver side window as the vehicle moves past him and he is in NO DANGER.

This ICE ‘officer’ committed murder in broad daylight on video and we can all see that - those of us who are rational and know the law, like other law enforcement officers and former and current prosecutors like me.

Because the murderer is a federal agent, should the state of Minnesota bring criminal charges the US Attorney has the power to invoke the supremacy clause, remove any state prosecution to federal court and summarily dismiss the charges. Or any federal prosecution that successfully achieved conviction could be immediately pardoned by the current WH resident.

I would suggest given that there is no statute of limitations on murder that Minnesota take it’s time on the investigation and file charges on January 21, 2029.

Yes, the ice agent had already put his hand on the gun trying to block the vehicle when it was in reverse. He had zero intention to let this poor woman drive away. Either they dragged her out of the car or kill.

She was playing games blocking traffic prior to this event.

The only thing they could have done better is use vehicles to box her in and drag the itch out.

Hopefully they will make it a priority to arrest and prosecute anyone who does what she did that day going forward.

These are federal law enforcement officers with arrest powers. Most of these protestors don’t realize this so they act like spoiled brats.

Even if she was blocking traffic (she wasn't impeding it, cars were going by, but she was certainly in the road), it is still murder to shoot her. Did she deserve to be arrested? You could make a case for that. But shooting her is murder.

Are you just going to ignore her attempted murder of an officer?

Are you going to continue to lie about that?

It's extremely clear on the video. If that officer was a step slower, he would be dead

Ok, so yes...you are going to continue to lie about it.

He shot her from the side of the car. Cars do not move sideways.

There is literally a bullet hole in her front windshield. Nice try.

Ballistic will be telling. You can shot a front windshield from the side of a car, especially the spot in the pictures

My guess, ICE loses the vehicle

The police should have taken the vehicle into custody

They said there will be no investigation. Can they take someone’s property into evidence if there is no investigation?

Then that is that

But don't any of the Trumpers call this thug an "officer." There are rules for police not this loser

Gov Walz said the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating.

He did step to the side. The car was barely rolling at the moment of alleged impact

And just as easily, she could have slammed on the gas and plowed him over. It all happens in a split second. That's why the officer can take no chances.

DP
Do you not see him get hit by the car and jump out of the way? What do you think PP is lying about?

No. That is not what happened. Here’s proof. https://www.nytimes.com/video/us/100000010631041/minneapolis-ice-shooting-video.html

That video shows clearly, she was attempting to run him over

What’s the game here? You just keeping posting the same lie and hope that people get tired and start to believe it?

DP. Yes. Repeating the same lie over and over works for Trump. The MAGA faithful seem to believe it will work for them as well.
