Ukrainian victory over Russia is inevitable

Ukraine is losing so bad that Joe has to give them F-16s to stand a chance now.

Not good.

What would you do if your rival’s intelligence service was consolidating power?

Why is nobody talking about this!

Anything new about Luka's health?

Are we just assuming that annexing Belarus after he dies is Russia's fallback plan?

Honestly I think 90% of those who care are Slavs themselves.
The rest just put up an avatar du jour and go about their own business as usual

I don’t think that’s the reason. There is real danger that no more money is allocated so they try to give as much as possible now.
My opinion is that this whole story will go away by the end of 2024 if not by summer 2024 just like covid did.

And what do negotiations look like? Ukraine gives up some land?

I mean ultimately Russia won’t be content with that and you know it.

That or your a propaganda bot or paid poster preaching to the choir here, those being the avid Fox news readers here who probably already agree with your “peace” and have a proclivity towards Putin’s brand of authoritarian Christian nationalism anyway.

Honestly, Russia should get the fk out of Ukraine. That’s really the just thing.

DP but I think Russia will actually be content with getting the land that allows land passage to Crimea, plus Donbas and Crimea. Basically what they have now minus maybe some of it.
Then if the sanctions stay in place the economy will be weaker and weaker and it just won’t be able to occupy anything else.

Sorry I don’t follow

Of course they would, since it gives them all the natural gas and oil in the black sea, but that's a non-starter.

Yawn. You didn't even read the article that you posted. None of the three WW2 examples were from the US.

The three, by the way, were 1) UK records about Rudolph Hess' flight to the UK 2) UK records about a ship of Jewish refugees and 3) Canadian records of the names of Canadians that helped the UK with some radars.

By the way, some of the US WW2 records that were delayed, but have since been released, were about Russian soldiers raping everything that moved.

Meanwhile in Russia, this story is classified: https://www.lbc.co.uk/news/goat-of-kyiv-leaves-40-russians-injured-after-setting-off-grenade-booby-trap/

What a country!

Lol honey the Red Army was drafted from the whole USSR, not just Russia. So if you believe the rape of Berlin legend, then you ought to know there would definitely be at least some Ukrainians in the dick squad.

A huge constituent of the Soviet Red Army fighting against the Nazis were Ukrainians and to this day Russia takes credit for a lot of Soviet victories that were actually fought by Ukrainians.

Really dumb take. Ukraine isn't "losing bad." We're just working to make their victory even more decisive so that Russia walks away so asshurt that they never think about invading ever again.

When the PP said "losing", maybe they meant "losing the race to fill coffins"?

Is it my imagination or did Solovyov dress up in a tai chi outfit to challenge Zelinsky to a duel?

You are very naive if you think that it is one person war. There is a huge conglomerate behind Putin that will continue his work. Additionally, Putin can remain in power for another 15 years.

Russia is moving toward a civil war each day. First individual soldiers will stop following orders, (2) next whole units will refuse orders or join the other side, (3)next units will turn on other units and (4)finally it’s a civil war. Right now we are between 2 and 3. Russia has a history of this.

So wish this was true but I really do not see it happening this way.

Some Russian leader was quoted as saying something to the effect of “because we look like you; you assume we think like you” - referring to white Europeans and the west. I am sure someone can figure out this quote - whomever said it.

But Russians are not wired like us; they have no ambition or drive for freedom or liberty- like they missed that gene in the human DNA. It simply does not exist.

Unfortunately for the world; the Ukrainians labeling them “orcs” fits very well.

The West has never considered Russians fully white, or indeed, fully human.

This is why you never see any discussion at all about the horrors of Nazi occupation in the USSR. These victims don't really count. When they are brought up, it's always with a qualification that somehow makes it less real, or less horrible, or less attributable to Germany.

I don't know why it's not taught in US schools, but it was Stalin's holodomor in 1932-33 that was the inspiration for Hitler's holocaust. The Nazi's got more press since they used high-tech concentration camps instead of just sending people off to Siberia.

The Russians need to admit that Stalin was the original source.

DP. The reasons for the great starvation (which wasn’t limited to Ukraine btw but included the Volga regions of Russia) were very different from the very distinct ethnic cleansing of Hitler.
I am not saying Stalin is a sweetie, he did relocate entire ethnicities, but let’s not twist it too much.

Lol no, it was an Armenian genocide, dummy. The 30s famine affected lots of different ethnicities, Ukrainians just hustled ahead to claim it as their own. The Kazakhs were like nah, you can have it. We’re good here.
